Members of the OPULIX PAY network agree to provide accurate business and identity information, maintain compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction, and use the platform solely for lawful commercial transactions. Misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.
OPULIX PAY facilitates the acceptance of supported cryptocurrencies and their conversion to fiat currency for settlement to a verified merchant bank account. Conversion rates are locked at the time of confirmation. Settlement timelines, supported assets, and applicable fees are governed by the merchant agreement executed at onboarding.
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. While OPULIX PAY mitigates volatility exposure through instant conversion, members acknowledge that digital asset transactions carry inherent technological, regulatory, and counterparty risks. Members are responsible for understanding the regulatory treatment of crypto activity in their jurisdiction.
OPULIX PAY treats merchant and transaction data with institutional-grade confidentiality. Personal and business information is collected solely for compliance, onboarding, and service delivery. We do not sell member data. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, available upon request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPULIX PAY, its affiliates, officers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the member in the three months preceding the claim.
OPULIX PAY reserves the right to update these terms at its discretion. Material changes will be communicated to active members through their registered contact channel. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
